SYDNEY DUMLER

Meet Sydney. Denver native turned Nashville founder, accidental entrepreneur, and the unofficial queen of aesthetic athleticism. She built Forza Pilates on the belief that workouts should be as beautifully designed as they are functional. She runs on matcha smoothies (did someone say Sunlife ‘Expensive’ smoothie?), vintage playlists, and the thrill of proving you can make a Pilates studio an inclusive place to be.

Forza’s contemporary reformer Pilates classes are built on the principles of eccentric muscle training, lengthening muscles as they strengthen for powerful, lasting results. Every instructor is trained in the Forza Method, an athletic and creative approach to class sequencing that keeps each session dynamic, intentional, and results-driven.

FOUNDATIONS [beginner]

FOUNDATIONS lays the groundwork for a stronger, more connected body. We focus on form, alignment, and technique at a deliberate pace, so you can truly feel and understand each movement. This is where our clients master the basics.

FORTE [ˈfôr-tā]

Our signature FORTE class blends creative sequencing with athletic choreography for a seamless flow that keeps your body challenged. Expect planks, pulses, and holds that push your limits and leave you feeling strong long after class ends. This is where strength meets endurance, and every shake is earned.

FORTISSIMO [advanced]

FORTISSIMO takes everything you love about FORTE and turns it up. Designed for clients with experience in 10+ FORTE or ARIA-style classes, this format layers in advanced balance work, complex combos, and sustained holds that push your strength, endurance, and focus to the edge. Expect to sweat, shake, and surprise yourself with what you can do.

ARIA [cardio]

ARIA is our high-intensity, low-impact format designed to build cardiovascular endurance without stressing the joints. Using the reformer and jump boards, you’ll move through fast-paced sequences with bursts of cardio that leave you feeling light, energized, and unstoppable.

RECOVERY [you’ll need it]

RECOVERY is all about restoring your body so you can train harder, longer. Using the reformer along with props like foam rollers, massage balls, and bolsters, this class releases tension, improves mobility, and supports muscle repair. We recommend adding 1–2 RECOVERY sessions each week to balance your training and keep you performing at your best.
